Bruce L. Aanderud, 59, of Marysville, CA and formerly of Maddock, ND,  died March 31st, 2010 in Marysville.  A Memorial Service will be held Monday, May 3rd, 2010,  1:00 PM at Viking Lutheran Church rural Maddock with Pastor Allen Campbell officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.   The Nelson Funeral Home of Maddock is in charge of the arrangements.

Bruce Lowell Aanderud was born November 23, 1950 in Maddock, ND, to Stanley and Borghild (Melvor) Aanderud.  He had been a Yuba Sutter area resident since 1972.  Bruce was a member of the Sons of  Norway in Chico, CA.

Survivors include step-sons:  Joseph Davis of Reno, NV,  Conde Rivas of Lake Tahoe, NV and  Chon Rivas of Magalia, CA;  step-daughter:  Sissy Rivas of Ukiah, CA;  a brother:  Steven Aanderud of Hillsboro, ND;  sisters:  Karen Buletti of Port Orchard and WA,  Barbara Siemens of Orland, CA.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
