Penny Fogelson, 80 of Albertville MN and formerly of Leeds, ND, passed away peacefully at her home on December 18, 2022. Memorial Service will be held Friday December 23, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 PM at The Peterson Chapel in St. Michael-Albertville.  Graveside Service will take place at 11:00 AM Saturday May 20, 2023 at the Leeds Lutheran Cemetery in Leeds, ND.   In lieu of flowers, memorials to: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, American Parkinson Disease Association, National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Penny Ann (Engstrom) Fogelson was born on December 5, 1942 to Emil and Elaine (Schurr) Engstrom in Devils Lake, ND, and grew up on the family farm in rural Leeds, ND.

She married Dennis Fogelson in Leeds and they were together for 62 years. Penny was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, spouse, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She always put family first and proudly supported them in their activities, educational pursuits, and careers. Penny especially enjoyed watching her family's musical and athletic events, cooking, flower gardening, and spending time with family in Leeds.

Penny is survived by her husband, sons Daniel (Mechelle), Edina, Douglas (Liz), Devils Lake, David, Fargo; sisters Peggy (Curt) Jacobson, Patty (Mike) Gould, Paula (Les) Haagenson; six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
