Sharon Menke, 69, of Bismarck, ND and formerly of rural Maddock, ND, died May 3, 2015 at the Baptist Heath Care Center in Bismarck, ND. Services will be held Friday, May 8, 2015 at 12:00PM at the Baptist Health Care Center Chapel in Bismarck, ND. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at the Rosehill Cemetery in Esmond, ND at 5:00PM

Sharon was born June 8, 1945 in Maddock, ND to Don and Velma Breuer. Sharon was raised on the family farm. She received her education at the Maddock Public School.

Sharon lived in Ft. Riley, Kansas where she worked as a Nurse's Aide. Sharon met and married Robert Menke and had two lovely girls. She moved to Jamestown, ND and later to Bismarck, ND where she has been living.

Sharon is survived by her daughters: Robin Whyte of Jeffersonton, VA and Tammy Parlette of Woodbridge, VA; sisters: Carol Grenz of Bismarck, ND and Nancy Boehm of Bismarck, ND; two granddaughters; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Gerald; a brother-in-law, Clint and a niece, Cynthia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Baptist Health Care Center in Bismarck, ND or to the Rosehill Cemetery Fund in Esmond, ND.
